| Remarks:Approval of the VMC members was taken for the expenditure on following events which are to be held in II Term.
Condemnation of amount of Computer deptt. was also discussed as per KVS circular & approval .
Approval for the purchase of library books and expenditure on Vidyalaya Magazine was taken .
While discussing other points with permission of chairman, it was suggested by Sh. M.P. Yadav, Principal, DPS ,Bhilai that planned measures are to be taken to improve the X, XII- performance index.
Parent Teacher meetings can be conducted more frequently for these classes. Teachers observation about the students and parents observation can also be recorded in P.T. meeting record sheet .
