Sir/Madam,
It is a matter of pleasure to inform you that this vidyalaya has been selected as venue for the Regional Sports Meet – 2010 Cricket U-16 (boys) . The detail schedules are as below:
A. Cricket U-16 Regional Sports Meet - 21/08/2010 to 23/08/2010
B. Selection trial - 23/08/2010
The following points may please be noted for the smooth conduct of the meet:
1. As it is direct regional level competition for U-16 (Boys) Cricket – eligible and good students (less than a team) may also be sent and selection trials will be conducted for them.
2. In playing kits of the participants the name of the KV and Chest Nos. is essential.
3. Proper playing kit should be worn during the meet; otherwise the participant will not be allowed to participate.
4. Two school flags for the march past is a must along with sports shoe and white uniform.
5. The participating vidyalaya should report at the venue in the F/N by 20/08/2010 to avoid the inconvenience regarding accommodation and meals.
6. Eligibility in quadruplicate duly signed by the Principal with recent passport size photo must be accompanied with NOC of the parents, Risk Certificate and Medical fitness certificate.
7. Concerned escort teaches are fully responsible for the safety, security and discipline of the students.
8. Strict discipline is to be ensured. In case of any damage to the school property by any student, severe disciplinary action will be taken and the value will be recovered from the escort teacher.
9. Our vidyalaya is situated 24 kms away from Durg Railway Station and 1 Km from Charoda Bus Stand.
10. The principal is requested to inform to the undersigned by phone/writing about the team entry latest by 16.08.2010 for taking further arrangement for the success of the meet.
